The author holds a degree in Business Administration and has served in a number of managerial roles, including that of an operations manager for a renowned medical center in Texas. In that capacity, he conducted numerous interviews; recruited, trained, and managed personnel. While overseeing the quality improvement functions of his department, he formulated and designed a top-rated customer-service program that was implemented throughout that organization. He has a zest for learning and teaching; had taught courses in Mathematics and Business English at Houston Community College; and is the General Manager of GETSON CONSULTING COMPANY, a management consulting firm in Houston. An avid and voracious reader, it has been his lifelong goal to write books. But his zeal for helping others is the driving force behind this publication—his debut. In addition to this book, he has published its companion, The Easy Way to Pass Interviews in America. He is actively involved in his community and has a passion for speaking to groups about political and socio-economic development through education.
